satisfied ongoing client than to make an extra buck and this way you will always
know what your rate is regardless if we are there one hour or three or we send one
girl or two. I also believe that everyone regardless of what stage they are in life

    Maid Services - Pricing and Packages

    Initial Clean: The initial cleaning depends on the size of your home. Because these
    cleanings are generally tougher and take far longer than a routine, or "maintenance"
    cleaning, there is an additional fee for the first home cleaning.
    (Initial cleans are optional however recommended) Initial home cleanings include all
    the services performed during maintenance cleanings, plus the following:

  • Thoroughly clean all bathrooms
  • Clean light fixtures
  • Clean ceiling fans
  • Clean all glass surfaces
  • Clean windows (inside) and window sills
  • Clean inside refrigerator/freezer
  • Clean inside oven
  • Clean outside of kitchen cabinets
  • Clean all kitchen counters and appliances
  • Clean all wall hangings and knick-knacks

    Routine Maintenance Clean:

    Whole House

  • Complete dusting
  • Vacuum all carpets
  • Change sheets if needed
  • Dust ceiling fans
  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Remove all garbage
  • Reline waste baskets
  • Wash all floors

    In The Bathrooms

  • Clean/sanitize sinks
  • Clean/sanitize tubs, shower, toilet

  • Ovens $25.00
  • Laundry - in your home while cleaning $4.00 per load
    take out service $8.00 per load
